DESCRIPTION

The John John Florence Signature Scimitar thruster in Vapor Core construction is designed for performance surfing in small waves. John rides this fin when he needs to generate speed when the waves are small and lack power. These fins feature a full Vector foil, helping enhance lift and generate speed. The Scimitar Tip is represented by the cut-off portion of the fin, tailoring the grip characteristics. Vapor Core is the lightest performance fin construction ever, consisting of a hollow core. Every single fin is handmade from start to finish at our HQ in Huntington Beach, CA, using aerospace grade materials.

I have never loved fins so much

in extremely gutless or flat waves, I fly through the flat spots and am able to push as hard as I want. On top of it, they also hold really well in over head and a half waves. I can't say enough good things about them.

So Quick Down The Line

Got these fins for my Pyzel White Tiger and they are a game changer! The board feels super light under the feet, and you can pump and get going so fast down the line even on smaller days! Pretty epic fin, would highly recommend!

Drive and Hold

Definitely getting more lift in the back of the board more so than everyday thruster sets. Although I wouldn’t say they generate more speed than the blackstix twin + trailer but the Scimitars do make the board feel like there is more lift under the back foot, especially so for down the line speed.

For me they are a definite buy and will remain in the quiver to ride my daily driver in sub-par conditions.
