The Blackstix Twin +1 features a pivot-style twin fin pair with a smaller trailing fin for added stability. Built in Futures Blackstix carbon fiber technology with a V2 inside-foil, the fin generates speed easily, offering smooth rail to rail transitions for high-performance surfing. This set performs great in wave faces ranging from 2’-8’, in everything from soft beach breaks to fast point breaks.

Another way to set these up

I picked up a 6'0 Pyzel Round Pin "Score Lord". For fins, I selected this set of BlackStix Twin + 1 as well as a set of medium Legacy Neutral Quads. At first tried out the board with the twins plus trailer and it was really weird, the board didn't have any drive, like None! Then I put in the quad set, and it was World better but I found myself desiring a little more drive, so I was like what the heck, and threw the BlackStix twins back on together with the rear quad set and wow! what a fun combo. very fast and a ton of drive. Smooth rail transitions, The one draw back is it was a bit stiff in bigger waves. Im think the ticket will be to swap out the M/Neu rear quads for Sm/Pivot rear quads to pair with these BlackStix twins!

Great 2+1 set-up

These are the only fin set I liked in my Lost RNF, couldn't dial in anything else to suit it. Now on a Bradley Fully Charged and these also going well on it, so much drive, the +1 (centre fin) is a little larger than most 2+1 sets but it needs it as they give so much speed. Reliable fins worth the spend.

Phenomenal fins for a lighter surfer

I’ve been on a quest to find the perfect twin fins. I’ve tried several pairs and these immediately felt right. I can’t recommend these enough…especially for someone lighter!
